Some companies do not have their contact details listed on WeddingPuzzle.net but do still have a link to their website. We suggest you try their website. If you continue to have problems contacting this company, contact us and we will see about fixing the issue.
Q – The company I tried to contact does not exist anymore.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about a company that no longer exists anymore. We suggest looking at other companies that are listed as offering the same service and give them a try.

Once you have completed this, select the ‘Submit’ button and chose the package that best suits your service and needs. From there you will be prompted for the information needed to submit a new listing.

Q – How long until my listing goes live?
Every new listing will not go live until it has been authenticated by a team member of WeddingPuzzle.net. We personally visit every website to make sure that it is real and in the best interest of our users. This can take up to 7 days but on average usually takes around 48 hours. Keep checking back on a regular basis and if you do not see anything within 7 days get in contact with us and we will resolve the issue.
If there has been a problem with your submission we will contact you to get the problem fixed and your listing live.
Q – What is an ‘Accredited WeddingPuzzle.net Listing’?
